Installing Flooring involves several steps that vary depending on the type of flooring you’re installing. Hers a general guide for installing common types of flooring.
Calculating the project
We measure the area to calculate the square meters of the room to determine how much flooring material we will need. We purchase extra material, typically 10%, to account for wastage.
Preparing materials
We gather materials including Flooring, underlayment (if needed) adhesives and finishing trims.
Preparing the surface
We remove any existing flooring and prepare the subfloor to ensure it’s dry, flat and stable. We repair any damage to the subfloor.
